High Pressure Single Suction Rubber Lined Horizontal Centrifugal Slurry Pump

Introduction:
This pump is  designed for the continuous pumping of high abrasive, high density slurries with minimal maintenance requirements. It will maintain high efficiency over the wear life of its components. These series Slurry Pumps are the most comprehensive range of centrifugal slurry pumps for use in mining, chemical and general industry applications.

structure:
1. The frame plates of this kind of Slurry Pump have replaceable wear-resistant rubber liners. The impeller, volute liner, throatbushing and frame plate liner insert are made of wear-resistant rubber. 
2. The shaft seal of this kind of slurry pump could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal. The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.
3. Bearing assembly of this kind of slurry pump use cylindrical structure, adjusting the space between impeller and front liner easily, being removed completely when being repaired. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication.
